Our Home Care Services

In our senior home care services, we provide companionship, comfort and assisted living services including assistance for those suffering from Alzheimer’s or Parkinson's disease, Stroke, Cancer, MS, ALS. Our in-home services can be provided on short-term or long-term basis.

Care for Every Aspect of Life

Each client and situation is unique, so we meet with clients, families, advisors, and other critical participants to assess needs and create an appropriate plan of care. We are very attentive to compatibility between a client and their Comfort Keeper, so whether we are providing periodic respite care for family caregivers, or ongoing care, we are enhancing the quality of life for our clients and their families.

A Special Type of Caregiving

Our style of care is unique; we call it interactive caregiving. It is a type of care that engages the client and provides a sense of participation and control that is both socially and cognitively stimulating. The premises of the interactive caregiving the Comfort Keepers provide are simple: keep the client socially engaged and interested in life, involve the client in daily activities that are safe, show respect for your client, and most importantly, demonstrate genuine compassion and caring towards the people entrusted in your care.

Assuring Reliable, Quality Care for Each Client

Comfort Keepers provides high quality and reliable care. To ensure the reliability of our service, we employ:

  • Scheduling technology to ensure all shifts are covered. If scheduling issues arise, the local office will be alerted and take immediate action.
  • Telephone technology that monitors a Comfort Keeper's arrival and departure times from a client's home and alerts the local office when there is an unexpected delay.
  • Back-up staffing in the case of an emergency or if a Comfort Keeper is unable to make it to work.

You and your clients can expect periodic supervisory visits to the client's home. The local Comfort Keepers owner and/or the client care coordinator will visit a client's home to ensure he/she (and the family) are happy with the level of care he/she is receiving and to ensure all care needs are being met.
